ANG Chairperson(s): Manage all positions listed below. Liaison with School, building use, and graduation committee. Keep us all on track!

ANG Co-Chair: Help to communicate with all committee chairpersons. Need a co-chair who would be available during the school day to be able to meet with school building use office as well as high school graduation committee.

Secretary: Keep meeting notes and minutes.

Money Manager: Collect and track donations, fundraising income and ticket sales income and pass on to treasurer for deposit.

Donations Coordinator: Send letter-soliciting donations from local businesses and organizations using list of past donors and solicit new donors. 

Fundraising Coordinator: There have been many different fundraising events over the years. This committee could be broken into different groups. 

    List of last years’ different fundraisers

        Capitol Steps-in the Fall(could be replaced with something different)
        Applause: A dance group rents our auditorium for the weekend.

    We set up a concession stand, and get the rental fee. This event was canceled last year, but is on the schedule for this year.

Senior Yard Signs: Sell yard signs with students name for families to place in their yard and also on Rebel Run for graduation day. 

Restaurant Nights: Contact and advertise ANG nights at local restaurants.

Staff Basketball Game: They did not have this game last year. In the past Leadership has helped with the planning, has not been a big money maker in the past few years.

Entertainment/Games/Activities/DJ: Work with entertainment companies to plan entertainment and activities for the event. Meet with Fire Marshal prior to event to go over set up.

Casino Coordinator: Work with entertainment Coordinator on set up of Casino. Set up bankers table at event.

Food Coordinator: Plan food for the event. Solicit for donations. Coordinate volunteers the night of the event.

Raffle and Yard sign Coordinator: Coordinate and track the sale of yard signs and raffle tickets for parents to win reserved seating and parking at graduation

Decorating Coordinator: Plan decorations for the event. Coordinates set up and clean up with Jr Parent lead.

Prize Coordinator: Plan and purchases prizes for event. Set up and organize at event.

Ticket Sales: Organize and coordinate ticket sales, track t-shirt size orders and compile permission slips.

Badges and Check In Coordinator: Design and assemble badges given to seniors at check in. Plan and organize check in tables at the event.

T-Shirt Coordinator: Solicit designs for t-shirt from art students, solicit bids from t-shirt printing company, and place t-shirt order. Plan and organize t-shirt hand out at Senior Picnic.

Volunteer Coordinator: Coordinate volunteers for fundraising events and for ANG through emails to PTSA volunteer lists and through the school keep in touch system. Organize volunteer check-in on the night of event.

Security Coordinator: Organize security volunteers the night of the event. Meet with school resource officer to have police available at the event. Coordinate with Fire Marshal at event.

Junior Parent Lead: Parent/Parents from Junior class to attend meetings after Jan. 2017 to help with set up and clean up the day of the event so that all committee members can spend more time with family until that night.
